Our role in the Home Buying Process

  • Research and assist you to find properties to view
  • Schedule and coordinate all showings in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback regarding neighborhood, schools, and market comparison.
  • Negotiate price and all terms of your Purchase Contract
  • Assist with hiring a Home Inspector
  • After inspection, negotiate repairs and gather receipts on your behalf
  • Lead the navigation through the buying process from beginning to end- meeting all contract deadlines and terms of contract.
  • We will always be available to address your questions and concerns

Mortgage Lender

  • A mortgage lender is a financial institution or mortgage bank that offers and underwrites home loans. Lenders have specific borrowing guidelines to verify your creditworthiness and ability to repay a loan.
  • The lender will evaluate your employment, credit, assets, and income.
  • The lender will provide a Pre-Approval to assist us in making your offer appeal to the sellers. We will include the Pre-Approval Letter with your offer to purchase to

show the seller that you are a qualified buyer.

Home Inspector

A home inspector will provide you with peace of mind by inspecting and providing a written report about the property you are trying to buy so you can make an informed decision regarding your new home.  They will address major defects, safety hazards as well as deferred maintenance items.  Your Realtor will assist you with reviewing the report and negotiating items to be repaired or replaced by the seller.

Real Estate Appraiser

  • It is the appraiser’s responsibility to report the current market value to you and your lender.

Title/Escrow Agent

  • The title company reviews title, issues insurance policies, facilitates closings, and files and records paperwork.
